Mistakes of Blue Star Operation, costs the life of our Sikhs and Indiraji.
On the morning of June 5, 1984, hours before the army entered the Golden Temple complex. Indian and foreign journalists rounded up by the police in Amritsar and expelled from Punjab to prevent reporting on Operation Bluestar. The whole state had been put under curfew. In the villages, even the domestic animals seemed to be observing this curfew. The only trains moving were carrying troops.
General Krishnaswami Sundarji, who was commanding the operation, said, “I was told to flush out the extremists from the Golden Temple with no damage, if possible, to the Harmandir Sahib (site of the sanctum sanctorum) or the Akal Takht (by then Bhindranwale’s fortress). I was told to use the bare minimum of force required for achieving this object and that I was to minimise casualties to both sides.” As it was, squash-head shells fired by tanks reduced the Akal Takht to little more than rubble and the white paper said 493 people were killed. Eyewitnesses believe the figure to have been higher. No one will ever know what the exact figure was because neither the police nor the army made any attempt to identify the dead before they were hurriedly cremated. So what went wrong?
The Sikhs struck with vengeance a few days later, on Oct. 31, 1984. Gandhi was leaving her private compound at Safdarjang Road in New Delhi to meet British actor Peter Ustinov to film a television documentary when the shots rang out. Two of her uniformed security guards standing at attention along the path had suddenly broken ranks to shoot at Gandhi. From point blank range Beant Singh, twenty-one fired three shots from a.38-caliber revolver. As Gandhi slumped to the ground the other uniformed guard, Satwant Singh, pumped thirty rounds from a Sten automatic weapon into her. The two Sikhs surrendered to police and were led to the guardhouse. Beant Singh, who was a favorite of Gandhi during the five months he had been assigned to the detail, attempted to seize a gun from one of the other guards and was shot dead.
Operation Bluestar in Punjab was certainly a mistake, which the then political party in power took under political compulsions, and this should never happen again. Due to mistakes, we have lost our beloved Sikh people and Indraji.

Tamilnadu Ministers should not sleep on Christian priest’s malpractices.
The foreign aided money is playing a lot in conversion of Indian poor children to Christianity. Recently during last January in Kanniakumari Dist Palavilai village, one Christian priest from Kerala named Shaji, started a children’s Home with 100 children. In that home in controversial to law, he has brought thro Agents 22 children from Assam and fifty-four children from Manipur and blocked them in one Room without any basic amenities. On getting information from a social worker, S.P. of Tirunelveli saved those children from the Home and handed over them to their relatives. There are so many cases like this for getting foreign Aids; the fraud fathers are doing all sorts of malpractices for conversion of the innocent children to Christianity by utilizing the poverty of their family.
The Indian Constitution should amend the conversions in order to rule out propagation by force, fraud and other illicit means.
Legislative measures should be enacted for controlling conversion by illegal means;
Circulation of literature meant for Christian religious propaganda without approval of the State Government should be prohibited.
Tamil Nadu Ministers should not sleep over Christian Priest's malpractices in starting Children’s Home with abducting poor children from other states and get permission from Government for getting foreign aids.

Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam to be taken over by Karnataka Government.
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam to be taken over by Karnataka Government.
Self-styled god man Nityananda, who is facing a series of criminal charges including rape and unnatural sex, said he was resigning as head of Nityananda Dhyanapeetam and its associated trusts to lead a life of “spiritual seclusion”. This comes nearly three weeks after video clips of him cavorting with south Indian actresses hit TV screens.
Nithyananda Says, “A board of trustees consisting of Sadhakas of the Dhyanapeetam who are non controversial, will henceforth manage the Dhyanapeetam. I have also requested the Acharyas to help the newly constituted trust reorient the activities of the Dhyanapeetam increasingly to undertake spiritually oriented service activities and to guide the trustees. I have also directed the new trustees of Dhyanapeetam to seek the counsel and go by the advice of the Acharyas. He says that he had met some of the leading acharyas of Hindu dharma at Haridwar.
No Hindu Acharyas will tell him to run the Dhyanapeetam in the name of others, which was built by Nithyananda by earning money in illegal ways. It is a way to control the Ashramam properties by Nithyananda himself with his own supporters.
A Sanyasi's vow of renunciation typically forbids him from-
Owning personal property apart from a bowl, a cup, two sets of clothing and medical aids.
Having any contact with, looking at, thinking of or even being in the presence of women and eating for pleasure.
Possessing or even touching money or valuables in any way, shape or form and maintaining personal relationships.
If Nithyananda was perfect in everything, he must come forward and surrender to the police without hiding anywhere. He must also hand over the properties of Dhyanapeetam to the Karnataka Government since the Ashramam was built in illegal ways utilizing people’s ignorance. Karnataka Government must also come forward to arrest Nithyananda under Goondas Act.

Narendra Modi quizzed by SIT but stays defiant.
Narendra Modi quizzed by SIT but stays defiant.
Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Saturday became the first chief minister in independent India to face the ignominy of being questioned about a possible role in communal riots. Modi, named the prime accused in a complaint filed by Zakia Jafri, widow of slain Congress ex-MP Ahsan Jafri, presented himself before the Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) for questioning, the first round of which stretched beyond five hours. The second, which started at 9pm, was expected to end at midnight. Jafri, along with 68 others, was killed in Gulbarg Society on February 28, 2002. His widow has accused Modi and his government of failing to protect citizens and abetting the riots that claimed nearly 1,180 lives in 2002, after the Godhra carnage in which 59 persons were burnt alive on the Sabarmati Express.
The pre-FIR probe into Jafri’s complaint is being conducted by the SIT on the basis of a reference made by the SC in April 2009 with a threemonth deadline. After repeated extensions, the SIT, last heard, is due to submit its report by April 30. Jafri had filed a complaint in June 2006 before then director general of police PC Pande, but no FIR was filed. So she moved the Gujarat High Court and then the Supreme Court.
Talking to reporters after the first round that ended after 5pm, Modi tried to put up a brave face. “I hope my behaviour and action is a robust rejoinder to all those vested interest groups, who have been spreading all kinds of tales, and I hope they stop now,” he said. The second round began soon after 9pm and Modi said he hoped to wrap up the session on Saturday itself.
“I have said before that the Indian Constitution and law is supreme, and I as a citizen and chief minister am bound by it,” said Modi.
“The Sabarmati Express, reached Godhra Station at 07:43 hours (7:47 AM) on 27 February 2002, with many kar sevaks (Hindu volunteers) on their way back from a ceremony organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad at the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi / Babri Mosque site. There was an altercation between some of them and the mostly Muslim hawkers on the platform. After its scheduled 5-minute halt, the train was pulling out when someone pulled the chain to stop it, and the Muslim crowd pelted stones at the train. Then the train left, but was stopped again near a railway cabin where a large Muslim mob of about 500 attacked it. During the attack, the Woman has reserved Coach no. S6 burned down. A total of 58 Hindu pilgrims (23 men, 15 women and 20 children) were asphyxiated in the smoke, while 250 others managed to escape.”
We have already explained the above incident in our Magazine “Engal Baratham” in April 2002. It is our desire that Hindus and Muslims in India should live as Indian nationals and should not fall as victim to political parties.

Tholkappiam,Thirukkural and Bible never accepts Sex before Marriage.
Kushboo Cine Actress spoke a few years ago of the need for safe sex at a time when live-in relationships and premarital sex were not unusual, actress Kushboo was hounded by Tamil enthusiasts, who saw in her remarks an affront to Tamil culture. However, following the recent Supreme Court’s observation that there was nothing illegal about such a relationship.
On Wednesday [25-3-2010], Kalaignar Karunanidhi, Chief Minister, cited ancient Tamil literature to contend that some did see such issues in a favourable light. Asked for his reaction to the apex court’s remark that a live-in relationship and, by inference, pre-marital sex, was not an offence, he said, “There is a section called ‘kalaviyal’ (clandestine love) in Sangam literature. Some people approach the issue on that basis.”
In Sangam literature “Kalaviyal” by Tholkappiar or in Thiruvalluvar Thirukkural they never accept pre-martial sex and they have emphasized only about love marriage and arranged marriages. They have also guided the way of how a Tamil girl to lead her life and run the family with honour. Karpu was the marrying off the girl with ceremonies to a man of status acceptable to the parents of both sides (Tolkappiyam, Karpiyal.142).
Tirukkural is considered as a post-Sangam period work, it closely embraces Tolkappiyam in principle. It not only glorifies the social acceptance of one-man one-woman concept of marriage.
All of the Bible verses that condemn sexual immorality as being sinful also condemn sex before marriage as sinful. Sex before marriage is included in the biblical definition of sexual immorality. Numerous Scriptures declare sex before marriage to be a sin

The victory for a party must come from peoples mandate without bribe. Pennagaram By-election.
The victory for a party must come from peoples mandate without bribe. Pennagaram By-election.
Amid mounting complaints of distribution of cash for votes in Pennagaram assembly constituency, the chief electoral officer, Naresh Gupta, conceded that the task of monitoring and checking money flow to voters had become “very challenging”. The chief electoral officer, who was in Dharmapuri to review the arrangements for the March 27 by-election in Pennagaram, said officials were acting on complaints “to the best of their abilities”. However, he said, during the review meeting, a candidate had complained, “people are openly demanding money for votes.” The Election Commission had directed the election observers to closely monitor the expenditure made by each of the candidates as “it found, in general, that their statement of expenditure does not reflect the ground reality”. On the polling day in Pennagaram, Central government officials from Dharmapuri and neighboring districts would be roped in to operate the polling booths. The entire voting process would be recorded live through web cameras installed at all the polling booths.
Political parties must take a vow not to give money for getting votes and people must also take a vow in not accepting money from candidates for casting their votes. People must represent their grievances for their basic amenities like supply of drinking water, proper roads and employment opportunities. If any political Party, which prepared to come forward to solve their grievances may be voted in the coming election. By giving money for vote the candidates, wont care peoples basic amenities and they will come for the constituency only in the next election.
By giving money if one party wins the election, that is not a moral victory for democracy.

Hail B.J.P. Government for booking Nithyananda for rape and cheating.
Hail B.J.P. Government for booking Nithyananda for rape and cheating.
Saint Nithyananda of Dhyanapeetam Ashram near Bidadi is now under the Karnataka police s c a n n e r. While Ramanagaram DySP Devaraj has been appointed as the investigating officer in the case, the Bidadi police have registered a case against him under six sections of CrPC. The charges include cheating, rape, unnatural sex and outraging religious sentiments.
The FIR was filed on Thursday [18-3-10] evening after the Bidadi police got the papers sent by Chennai police against the swami. It took three days for the police to get the papers translated into Kannada.
According to police sources, the papers and the FIR by Chennai police were based on the complaint lodged by the swami’s former driver Lenin with the Chennai police commissioner.
In his complaint, Lenin had alleged that the swami had raped a 23-year-old ‘Brahmacharini’, who later left the ashram. However, Lenin neither has given the name of the Brahmacharini, nor has given the place where it happened. Besides, he has also alleged that the swami used to have unnatural sex and had cheated several people by promising to cure their disease. In the complaint, Lenin had expressed fear that Nithyananda may get him murdered for exposing the misdeeds.
Anyhow, we appreciate B.J.P Government for booking case against the bogus Nithyananda and given mental peace to all the well-wishers of Hinduism and Indian culture.
All that glitters is not Gold.
